DAILY INN HOTEL

Perfect place for a quick stopover before taking the ferry. The stairway and lobby were clean and bright and the man on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean enough but could have benefitted from a proper deep clean (shelves, wardrobes, windows etc). Comfortable bed and good AC, and even a smart tv! Perfect location close to the ferry/bus terminal and opposite 7/11. Toilet paper provided when asked for it and a shared fridge (a clean one!) in the lobby to use.

Location, Staff and Price are excellent - This was our stay over as we had an early ferry the next morning. It is right around the corner from the terminal. The room was mostly clean (cabinet drawers were overlooked). The hotel has an old feel to it so it takes away from the vibe. Our room wasn't prepared for us (towels, shampoo etc) but the front staff was quick to provide what was missing. The air conditioning wasn't working for us but again the front staff helped out so much. A couple negatives is that they must leave the doors or windows open to air out between guests because there were mosquitoes annoying throughout the night. The reception is up a steep set of stairs and our room was on that floor but it looked like there was another floor or so with more rooms so you could be bringing up luggage up more sets. The other is the parking. It was very busy on the street when we arrived so you could be parking a way from the hotel and walking back. If arriving before 6pm you need to pay for a parking ticket from the store right by the hotel. it is valid until 8am the next morning. We arrived late due to holiday traffic and the drive from Kuala Lumpur. After 6pm it is free but you have to make sure you have a ticket for the next day if you are staying past 8am. This didn't affect us as we were out by 8am so we could get a ferry. Nothing was open in the morning for breakfast despite Google saying it was. This could be due to holiday week but prepare just in case. However even with the negatives, for the price and the fact 2 adults and 2 teenagers could grab a decent sleep and a shower makes it a great value. Thank you.

Location was great. Easy to find from the bus station, which is a bonus after the 7 hour coach from KL, and a 5 minute walk to the ferry terminal. Friendly check in snd and clean, comfortable room.

It’s spacious for my small family. The bed is comfortable. My husband said he sleeps very well. There is a smart TV! For a budget hotel, it is pretty good.

Very convenient location about halfway between the bus terminal and jetty (for ferry to Tioman). Restaurants, convenience stores etc close by. Smooth check-in and comfortable stay.
